NovaCart is a fast growing e commerce brand redefining online shopping in Southeast Asia. We are seeking a Senior E commerce Marketing Manager to own the growth engine across our direct store and major marketplaces. You will craft data driven strategies, align cross functional teams, and lead a small marketing squad to deliver profitable revenue growth.
In this role you will combine strategy, execution, and storytelling to optimize customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value. You will own budgeting, planning, analytics, and reporting to the leadership team.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute data driven omnichannel marketing strategies across the Shopify store and marketplaces to drive revenue and optimize CAC.
- Lead SEO, paid search, paid social, email marketing, affiliates, and content to align with business goals.
- Design and optimize the full funnel from awareness to conversion, including conversion rate optimization and landing page testing.
- Manage annual marketing budget, forecast performance, and report results with actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with product, design, and merchandising to optimize product pages, catalog structure, and promotions.
- Build, coach, and manage a high performing marketing team and coordinate external partners and agencies as needed.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and risks for growth.
Qualification
- Minimum 7 years of e commerce marketing or growth marketing experience, with a track record of scaling revenue in online environments.
- Proven success managing Shopify and at least one major marketplace (marketplace strategy, listings, pricing, promotions).
- Strong expertise in SEO, SEA, paid social, email marketing, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, GA4).
- Experience with A/B testing, CRO, and data driven decision making; comfortable with advanced dashboards and KPI tracking.
- Excellent leadership and cross functional collaboration skills; ability to manage external vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
