Join a fast-growing e-commerce brand redefining how people shop online. We are seeking a data-driven Marketing leader to own end-to-end e-commerce growth across our D2C store and marketplace channels. You will partner with product, creative, and tech to deliver seamless shopping experiences and measurable revenue impact.
\nWhat you’ll do:

- Own and optimize the full e-commerce growth strategy across Shopify, marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart), and paid media channels. \n
- Lead SEO, paid search, email, and CRO initiatives to drive traffic, conversion, and LTV. \n
- Collaborate with product, merchandising, and design teams to optimize product pages, catalogs, promotions, and checkout flows. \n
- Define and manage budgets, forecasts, and reporting; monitor key metrics and iterate quickly based on data. \n
- Build and mentor a high-performance team, and foster cross-functional collaboration across marketing, operations, and tech. \n
- Own A/B testing, analytics implementation (GA4), and attribution to maximize incremental revenue. \n
- Ensure brand consistency, compliance, and best-in-class customer experience across all touchpoints. \n

- Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce growth strategy across direct-to-consumer and marketplace channels. \n
- Lead SEO, paid media, email marketing, and CRO to achieve revenue and profitability targets. \n
- Collaborate with product, creative, and engineering to optimize product pages, merchandising, and checkout. \n
- Own analytics, data-driven decision making, and performance reporting with clear dashboards for leadership. \n
- Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and cross-functional project priorities. \n
- Build and mentor a high-performing e-commerce team; drive a culture of experimentation and learning. \n
Qualification
- \n
- 5+ years of e-commerce marketing or management experience with a track record of revenue growth in D2C or marketplaces. \n
- Strong proficiency with Shopify/Shopify Plus, Amazon Seller Central, and cross-channel commerce platforms. \n
- Expertise in SEO, SEM, CRO, analytics (GA4), and attribution models. \n
- Experience with merchandising, pricing, promotions, lifecycle marketing, and email automation. \n
- Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical skills; excellent communication and leadership. \n
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred. \n
