Join a fast-growing e-commerce brand redefining how people shop online. We are seeking a data-driven Marketing leader to own end-to-end e-commerce growth across our D2C store and marketplace channels. You will partner with product, creative, and tech to deliver seamless shopping experiences and measurable revenue impact.

What you’ll do:

  • Own and optimize the full e-commerce growth strategy across Shopify, marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart), and paid media channels.

  • Lead SEO, paid search, email, and CRO initiatives to drive traffic, conversion, and LTV.
  • \n
  • Collaborate with product, merchandising, and design teams to optimize product pages, catalogs, promotions, and checkout flows.
  • \n
  • Define and manage budgets, forecasts, and reporting; monitor key metrics and iterate quickly based on data.
  • \n
  • Build and mentor a high-performance team, and foster cross-functional collaboration across marketing, operations, and tech.
  • \n
  • Own A/B testing, analytics implementation (GA4), and attribution to maximize incremental revenue.
  • \n
  • Ensure brand consistency, compliance, and best-in-class customer experience across all touchpoints.

Qualification

  • 5+ years of e-commerce marketing or management experience with a track record of revenue growth in D2C or marketplaces.

  • Strong proficiency with Shopify/Shopify Plus, Amazon Seller Central, and cross-channel commerce platforms.

  • Expertise in SEO, SEM, CRO, analytics (GA4), and attribution models.
  • \n
  • Experience with merchandising, pricing, promotions, lifecycle marketing, and email automation.

  • Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical skills; excellent communication and leadership.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
