Responsibility
- Lead development and execution of strategic marketing campaigns for esports titles and events.
- Manage sponsorships, brand partnerships, and activation plans across platforms.
- Oversee content strategy, social media, influencer collaborations, and creator programs.
- Plan and execute live and online events, tournaments, fan experiences, and activations.
- Measure performance with analytics, dashboards, and ROI reporting; optimize campaigns based on data.
- Collaborate with product, PR, and community teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Mentor junior team members and manage budgets across programs.
Qualification
- 5+ years in esports marketing or gaming brand management.
- Proven success managing sponsorships and partnerships with measurable outcomes.
- Strong understanding of esports audiences, data analytics, and performance optimization.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Experience planning large-scale events and digital marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency with marketing platforms, CRM, analytics tools, and streaming platforms (Twitch, YouTube).
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
