NovaPulse Esports is seeking a Senior Esports Marketing Manager to lead our brand storytelling and growth initiatives in the competitive gaming space. You will design and execute performance-driven campaigns across owned, earned, and paid channels, manage high-profile sponsorship activations, and collaborate with product, partnerships, and creative teams to elevate our roster and events.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute a comprehensive esports marketing strategy aligned with business goals and audience insights.
- Lead cross-channel campaigns across social, streaming, PR, and paid media to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Plan, negotiate, and activate sponsorships and partnerships with brands, teams, and events.
- Oversee content calendar, creative assets, and storytelling arcs for campaigns, events, and launches.
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and optimize ROI with a data-driven mindset.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate with product, events, and community teams to design fan-first experiences and activations.
- Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, including coordinators and junior managers.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of esports or gaming marketing experience, with a proven track record of successful campaigns and sponsorships.
- Strong understanding of esports ecosystems, streaming platforms, social media, and influencer marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable strategy and creative execution.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Ability to travel as needed and work flexible hours to support events and launches across time zones.
- Creative thinker with a passion for community building and brand storytelling.
- Experience with budgets, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration.
