Join PulsePlay Esports as a Senior Esports Partnerships Manager in Los Angeles. You will lead strategic partnerships with teams, events, publishers, and brands to grow our presence in the competitive gaming ecosystem. Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive esports partnership strategies, including sponsorships, co-branded activations, and content collaborations across platforms.
- Identify, negotiate, and close high-value partnerships with teams, leagues, organizers, publishers, and brands.
- Lead cross-functional project teams (Marketing, Sales, Product, Events) to deliver integrated activations on time and within budget.
- Design and manage measurement frameworks, track KPI performance, and produce actionable insights for optimization.
- Plan and oversee live events, community activations, and influencer-led campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and contract administration, ensuring compliance and risk management.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with partners, sponsors, and agency networks to unlock recurring revenue streams.
- Represent PulsePlay at industry conferences and partner meetings to elevate brand presence.
Qualification
- Minimum 5+ years in esports marketing, partnerships, or business development with a proven track record of sponsorships and activations.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and deal-closing skills with brands and organizations in the gaming space.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to optimize campaigns and demonstrate ROI.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience managing events, budgets, and cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to travel up to 25% as needed and work flexible hours for global partners.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, marketing platforms, and project management software.
