Join NebulaArc Gaming, an industry leading esports organization delivering award winning sponsorships, live events, and dynamic content. We are seeking a strategic and hands on Senior Esports Partnerships Manager to forge and scale partnerships with brands, publishers, teams, and platforms.

What you will do includes leading partner discovery and activation strategy, managing relationships, orchestrating multi channel campaigns across live events, content, and digital channels, handling contract negotiations, budget oversight, forecasting, and ROI reporting. You will collaborate with marketing, production, and analytics teams, mentor junior teammates, and help shape NebulaArc's partnerships pipeline.
Responsibility
- Identify and secure high value sponsorships and partnerships with brands, publishers, teams, and platforms.
- Design and execute multi channel activation plans spanning live events, digital campaigns, and social media.
- Negotiate contracts, sponsorship terms, and revenue forecasts with clarity and compliance.
- Oversee activation budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, production, and analytics teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Build and maintain executive level relationships with partner stakeholders and agency partners.
- Mentor and develop junior team members and contribute to NebulaArc content and events strategy.
Qualification
- 5+ years in esports marketing, sponsorships, or partnerships, with a proven track record of activation success.
- Strong negotiation, project management, and budget stewardship skills.
- Experience leading cross functional teams across marketing, events, and analytics.
- Excellent relationship building and communication abilities with partners and internal stakeholders.
- Data driven mindset with ability to translate metrics into actionable insights.
- Knowledge of rights and sponsorship terms, contracts, and compliance.
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
