Responsibility

- Collaborate with product, design, and merchandising teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging with new collections.
- Drive omnichannel storytelling, content calendars, and high-quality asset production.
- Manage annual budgets, track ROI, and optimize campaigns based on performance analytics.
- Build and nurture influencer, media, and strategic partner relationships to amplify reach.
- Oversee market research, consumer insights, and trend analysis to inform strategy.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, and optimize internal processes for speed and quality.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Fashion Marketing, Communications; MBA a plus.
- 5+ years of fashion marketing or brand management experience, preferably in luxury or premium segments.
- Proven track record delivering multi-channel campaigns with measurable impact on brand growth.
- Exceptional storytelling ability, strong written and visual communication, and sense for fashion aesthetics.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Social Studio, CRM platforms).
- Excellent collaboration, leadership, and project management skills; comfortable leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong network within fashion media, influencers, and partners; willingness to travel as needed.
