Vespera Moda, a premium fashion house renowned for modern luxury and craftsmanship, seeks a results-driven Senior Fashion Marketing Manager to join our Milan team.
In this pivotal role, you will design and lead brand storytelling across campaigns, launches, and partnerships that elevate our luxury positioning in European markets. You will collaborate with product, creative, and digital teams to translate collections into compelling consumer experiences both offline and online.

Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end fashion marketing strategy for seasonal campaigns, including concept development, channel planning, and performance tracking.
- Drive brand storytelling across PR, social, digital, and influencer partnerships to strengthen premium positioning.
- Collaborate with design and product teams to translate collections into compelling campaigns and product narratives.
- Manage multi-channel launches, events, and showroom activations in Europe.
- Oversee budget, agency relationships, and vendor management to ensure high-quality outputs on time and on budget.
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and performance data to optimize segmentation and messaging.
- Lead a cross-functional team, mentor junior marketers, and foster an innovative, inclusive culture.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 5 years in fashion marketing, brand management, or luxury retail with a proven track record in campaigns and launches.
- Strong storytelling ability with a portfolio of successful brand campaigns and product launches.
- Expertise in digital marketing, social media, e-commerce, and CRM in a luxury context.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills; fluent English; Italian a plus.
- Data-driven with strong analytical skills; proficient in marketing analytics tools and Excel/Sheets.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
