As the ideal candidate, you blend strategic thinking with creative execution, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver compelling moments across social, digital, press, and retail experiences.
Responsibility
- Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies for key collections, campaigns, and product launches.
- Oversee brand storytelling across retail, digital, press, and social channels to ensure a cohesive consumer experience.
- Collaborate with design, merchandising, and creative teams to translate market insights into compelling campaigns.
- Manage media plans, influencer partnerships, events, and PR activities to maximize reach and impact.
- Analyze performance metrics, optimize budgets, and report ROI to senior leadership.
- Drive localization and global expansion efforts for new markets while maintaining brand integrity.
- Mentor and lead a cross-functional marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and results-driven delivery.
Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in fashion or luxury brand marketing; track record of successful global campaigns.
- Strong brand storytelling and visual communication skills with a premium aesthetic sensibility.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools (GA4, CRM platforms, paid media analytics).
- Experience managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Italian language proficiency is a plus.
- Strong network within fashion media, influencers, and retail partners.
- Willingness to travel as needed (up to 20%).
