Responsibility

  • Architect, implement, and maintain gameplay systems across Unity and Unreal projects.
  • Collaborate with designers and artists to translate gameplay concepts into polished, testable features.
  • Optimize performance, memory usage, and load times across PC and console platforms.
  • Own debugging, profiling, and automated testing pipelines to ensure stability and quality.
  • Mentor and grow junior engineers; provide code reviews and technical guidance.
  • Contribute to tooling and pipeline improvements to streamline development.
  • Design scalable AI, physics, animation, and networking systems as needed.
  • Document systems, write clear technical specs, and maintain robust code practices.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent; demonstrated professional game development experience welcomed.
  • 5+ years of game programming experience, with a track record of shipped titles.
  • Proficiency with C++ and C#; deep knowledge of Unity and/or Unreal Engine.
  • Strong 3D math, rendering concepts, shaders, and performance optimization.
  • Experience with networking, AI, animation systems, and cross-platform deployment.
  • Experience with source control (Git or Perforce) and modern CI/CD practices.
