NovaPulse Marketing is seeking a data-driven Senior Growth Marketing Manager to lead high-impact campaigns across search, social, email, and content channels. This role combines strategy, execution, and analytics to drive scalable growth for B2B and B2C clients.
Location: Austin, Texas with hybrid work options.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies across paid and organic channels to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Own funnel metrics and use experimentation to optimize conversion at every stage.
- Lead cross-functional teams (creative, product, analytics) to deliver high-impact campaigns.
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across SEO, PPC, email, social, and content marketing.
- Define attribution models, analyze performance, and report insights to executive stakeholders.
- Manage budgets, pacing, and ROI forecasting for all growth initiatives.
- Build a scalable testing framework including A/B/N tests and rapid experimentation.
- Mentor junior marketers and continuously improve processes and playbooks.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of growth marketing or performance marketing experience in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency with marketing platforms (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook/Meta, LinkedIn) and marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo).
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in attribution, SQL or advanced Excel/Sheets is a plus.
- Demonstrated success in driving multi-channel campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Portfolio of campaigns showing growth, experiments, and outcomes.
