Responsibility
- Provide expert hair cutting, coloring, and styling services to a diverse client base
- Conduct thorough client consultations to design personalized looks
- Perform color treatments including balayage, foiling, highlights, and transformative color
- Mentor junior stylists and ensure adherence to salon standards
- Maintain impeccable sanitation and sterilization protocols
- Educate clients on hair care, products, and home maintenance
- Meet or exceed service and retail sales goals through upselling and referrals
- Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming, high energy salon experience
Qualification
- Cosmetology or barbering state license in California
- Minimum 4 years of professional styling experience in a salon setting
- Proven expertise in color services including balayage and precision haircutting
- Strong client communication and service orientation
- Excellent sanitation practices and adherence to safety standards
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Retail product knowledge and sales acumen
