Responsibility
- Consult with clients to understand their vision and skin type, then design a customized makeup plan.
- Apply makeup for bridal, editorial, runway, and special events with precision and creativity.
- Collaborate with photographers, stylists, and fashion teams to achieve cohesive looks during shoots.
- Lead makeup on set, ensuring consistency and color accuracy across lighting conditions.
- Mentor junior artists and contribute to product knowledge sharing and on-site training.
- Maintain impeccable hygiene, sanitation, and safe storage of products and tools.
Qualification
- 5+ years of professional makeup artistry experience in bridal, fashion, or editorial settings.
- Strong portfolio showcasing versatility across beauty looks.
- Proficiency with makeup mediums including creams, powders, and airbrush techniques.
- Solid understanding of color theory, skin tones, face shapes, and product materials.
- Excellent client-relations and communication skills; ability to translate client needs into looks.
- Flexibility to work on weekends and evenings for events and shoots.
- Licensed or certified makeup artist with knowledge of sanitation guidelines.
- Authorized to work in the United States with the right to travel for shoots as needed.
