As Senior Marketing Manager, you will own multichannel strategies across digital, content, social, email, and events, collaborating with product, design, and sales to drive growth and strengthen our brand position.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, social, email, and events to generate qualified pipeline.
- Lead cross functional teams to align messaging, positioning, and go to market plans.
- Own marketing funnel analytics, measure ROI, and optimize campaigns based on data.
- Collaborate with product and demand gen teams to craft compelling value propositions.
- Manage content calendar and oversee creation of blogs, case studies, and video assets.
- Oversee SEO, SEM, and paid social initiatives to maximize reach and efficiency.
- Set budget, track spend, and report performance to senior leadership.
- Mentor junior team members and build scalable marketing processes.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of B2B marketing experience with a track record of growth
- Proven ability to design and execute multi channel campaigns that generate demand
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with analytics tools (GA4, Tableau, etc.)
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo)
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and adapt in a fast paced environment
- Familiarity with SEO, content strategy, and digital advertising best practices
