As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will own cross-channel campaigns from concept to optimization, partner with product, design, and sales, and mentor a growing team of specialists. You will translate data into compelling stories and drive measurable ROI for our clients.
What you will do:
Responsibility
- Lead the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, content, email, social, and events.
- Define channel strategies, set KPIs, and manage budgets to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with product and design to craft messaging and creative assets that resonate with target audiences.
- Monitor performance using analytics tools, run A/B tests, and optimize to improve conversion rates.
- Guide and mentor junior marketers and freelancers to build a high-performing team.
- Own marketing funnels from awareness to conversion, aligning with sales enablement and CRM processes.
- Develop measurement frameworks and executive-level reporting for clients and stakeholders.
- Stay ahead of market trends, competitive intelligence, and new platform opportunities.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5-7+ years of B2B or B2C marketing experience with a proven ROI impact.
- Proven track record managing multi-channel campaigns across digital, email, social, and content.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing analytics platforms (GA4, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
- Expertise in demand generation, lead nurturing, and marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo, or equivalent).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.
- Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Portfolio or case studies demonstrating successful campaigns and measurable outcomes.
