Responsibility
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, social media, email, and events to drive awareness and demand.
- Lead demand generation programs to generate pipeline and optimize the full funnel from awareness to conversion.
- Analyze campaign performance, define KPIs, provide actionable insights, and optimize budgets and channel mix.
- Collaborate with product marketing to craft compelling messaging, positioning, and value propositions.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors; oversee creative assets and production timelines.
- Mentor and coach junior marketers; foster a data driven, high accountability marketing culture.
- Drive brand consistency and compelling storytelling across channels while maintaining a scalable playbook.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of marketing experience with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role.
- Proven track record in digital marketing, content marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and marketing automation.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar tools and a data-driven decision making.
- Excellent communication, project management, and cross functional collaboration abilities.
- Ability to craft compelling messaging and positioning for B2B or B2C audiences.
- Experience managing budgets, vendors, and campaign calendars; comfortable with fast-paced environments.
