NovaPulse Technologies is seeking a results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead our growth initiatives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. You will own multi-channel campaigns, shape brand voice, and partner with Product, Sales, and Content teams to accelerate demand.
In this role, you will design and execute go-to-market strategies, oversee budget, and mentor a small team of marketers to maximize impact and ROI.
We are looking for a collaborative leader who can translate data into strategy, elevate our brand, and drive measurable results across the funnel.
Responsibility
- Lead development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, social, content, and events.
- Define KPI targets and optimize channel ROI using data-driven testing and analytics.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Content teams to align messaging, positioning, and enablement materials.
- Manage marketing budget, agency partnerships, and vendor relationships; ensure timely delivery and ROI.
- Develop and implement content strategy, including editorial calendars, SEO-focused content, and thought leadership.
- Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team; set objectives, provide feedback, and foster a culture of growth.
- Lead demand generation and ABM programs to drive qualified pipeline and revenue growth.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategy and product-market fit.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; 6+ years of marketing experience in B2B/B2C.
- Proven track record leading multi-channel campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Expertise in SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in attribution models, A/B testing, and data-driven decision making.
- Excellent project management, cross-functional collaboration, and leadership skills; comfortable managing multiple programs simultaneously.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication with the ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
- Experience with ABM and demand generation, plus budget management and vendor relationship skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment.
