Responsibility
- Develop and execute a comprehensive multi-channel marketing strategy aligned to company goals and revenue targets.
- Lead cross-functional campaigns across digital advertising, content marketing, email, SEO, and social media to grow qualified pipeline.
- Own budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting; continuously optimize campaigns for ROI.
- Manage and mentor a marketing team, setting goals, coaching, and fostering professional growth.
- Collaborate with product, design, and sales to ensure consistent brand messaging and value propositions.
- Drive lifecycle marketing programs including segmentation, automation, and lead nurturing.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field; MBA a plus.
- 5+ years in marketing with 2+ years leading teams or cross-functional projects.
- Proven track record delivering multi-channel campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing tools (GA4, SEO, SEM, social advertising, email automation).
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to influence stakeholders.
- Analytical thinker comfortable building dashboards and interpreting data to drive decisions.
