Responsibility
- Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to generate qualified leads
- Lead multi-channel campaigns across digital channels including SEO, SEM, email, and social media
- Collaborate with product and content teams to craft compelling value propositions
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for return on investment
- Manage marketing automation and CRM workflows to streamline lead nurturing
- Prepare reporting for stakeholders with actionable insights
- Own brand consistency and messaging across channels
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 5+ years in B2B or B2C marketing roles
- Proven track record with content marketing, search optimization, and performance analytics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and CRM systems
- Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret dashboards and metrics
- Creative thinker with collaborative approach and project management skills
