Responsibility
- Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to drive pipeline growth across channels.
- Lead cross-channel campaigns (digital, social, email, content, events) from concept to execution.
- Collaborate with Product and Sales to translate value propositions into compelling messaging and assets.
- Own marketing funnel metrics, forecasting, attribution, and performance reporting.
- Manage marketing budget, vendor relationships, and campaign calendars.
- Mentor and grow a high-performing marketing team; foster a culture of experimentation.
- Optimize SEO/SEM, content marketing, and AB testing to improve acquisition and engagement.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 5+ years in marketing leadership or growth roles, preferably in B2B or tech.
- Proven success in demand generation, lead nurturing, and pipeline creation.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, analytics (GA4), automation (HubSpot or similar), and CRM (Salesforce).
- Excellent written and verbal communication, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment and deliver results on deadline.
- Experience with remote or distributed teams is a plus.
