Lumina Labs is a fast-growing marketing partner for tech and lifestyle brands seeking a results-driven Senior Marketing Manager. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape our multi-channel strategy and drive measurable growth in the New York market.
You will collaborate with product, design, and sales teams to craft compelling messaging, oversee campaigns from concept to completion, and mentor a small team of marketers to accelerate our go-to-market efforts.
Responsibility
- Lead the development and execution of integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, content, email, social, and events.
- Define goals, KPIs, and ROI targets; monitor performance and optimize campaigns with data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with product, design, and sales to craft messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences.
- Own the marketing calendar, budget stewardship, and vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
- Mentor and manage a small team of marketers, and establish scalable content creation and distribution processes.
- Drive brand awareness and demand generation in NYC and adjacent markets through creative storytelling and experimentation.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive activity to refine strategy and report results to leadership.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of marketing leadership experience, with a track record of leading multi-channel campaigns.
- Proven ability to design and optimize campaigns for ROI across paid, earned, and owned channels.
- Strong skills in marketing automation and analytics tools (HubSpot, Google Analytics, Looker, or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality results on time.
- Based in or willing to relocate to New York City; remote-friendly options available.
