We’re seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to own end-to-end demand generation, campaign orchestration, and brand narrative across channels. As a member of our growth team, you will shape multi-channel campaigns, partner with product and sales, and lead a small but mighty marketing squad to drive pipeline, brand awareness, and customer advocacy. You’ll leverage innovative tactics, test-backed optimization, and a metrics-driven mindset to accelerate growth.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies across digital, content, social, email, and events to generate high-quality leads and pipeline.
- Lead end-to-end integrated campaigns from concept to execution, including briefs, asset production, testing, and measurement.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Creative teams to align messaging and optimize the funnel at each stage.
- Own marketing analytics and reporting; continuously optimize channels to improve ROAS and win rates.
- Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and performance marketing channels (SEO, SEM, paid social, email).
- Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team; recruit, onboard, and develop top talent.
- Drive brand storytelling and content strategy, owning the editorial calendar and content assets.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of marketing experience with a proven track record in B2B SaaS or tech.
- Strong multi-channel demand generation experience and proficient in building scalable campaigns.
- Deep knowledge of SEO/SEM, content marketing, social media, email, and analytics tools.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems.
- Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills with ability to influence cross-functionally.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and comfort with dashboards and attribution.
