NovaPulse Tech is seeking a results-driven Senior Marketing Manager, Growth & Acquisition, to lead our demand-generation efforts across multiple channels. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution and requires a data-driven marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
As a member of the marketing leadership team, you will shape our go-to-market strategy, optimize multi-channel campaigns, and partner with product, sales, and customer success to accelerate pipeline and revenue growth.
Responsibility
- Define and execute the growth marketing strategy across paid, organic, content, and social channels to drive qualified pipeline.
- Manage end-to-end demand generation programs, including campaign planning, budget allocation, and performance analysis.
- Oversee SEO/SEM, content strategy, and performance marketing to improve CAC and LTV metrics.
- Collaborate with product and sales to create lifecycle campaigns and nurturing programs in CRM.
- Lead A/B testing, attribution modeling, and analytics to inform decision-making.
- Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team; partner with agencies and vendors when needed.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
- 7+ years in B2B growth marketing with proven pipeline impact
- Strong hands-on experience with digital channels (SEO, SEM, social, email) and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, or equivalent)
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics, with SQL a plus
- Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration
- Track record of leading cross-functional campaigns and achieving aggressive targets
