Responsibility
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to generate qualified leads and accelerate revenue growth.
- Own the full lifecycle of campaigns across paid search, paid social, content, email, and SEO.
- Partner with product, design, sales, and analytics to create compelling go-to-market plans and product launches.
- Set measurable benchmarks, run experiments, and optimize funnels for conversion and ROI.
- Lead a small cross-functional team, mentor junior marketers, and ensure flawless execution.
- Analyze performance data, generate actionable insights, and communicate impact to leadership.
- Own budget planning, forecasting, and agency/vendor management as needed.
Qualification
- 5+ years of B2B/B2C marketing experience with a proven track record in growth and demand generation, preferably in SaaS.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in marketing analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, etc.) and marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo, or equivalent).
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and value propositions.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and working closely with product and sales.
- Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and paid media optimization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA a plus.
- Data-driven mindset, strong prioritization, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
