Fortis Defense Solutions is seeking a Senior Military Intelligence Analyst to join our mission-driven team in the Arlington, VA area. The ideal candidate will leverage multi-source intelligence to support strategic planning, operations, and risk assessment for national security programs.
As a Senior Military Intelligence Analyst, you will synthesize data from SIGINT, HUMINT, OSINT, and GEOINT sources, produce actionable intelligence products, and brief senior leadership. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform decision-making and counter emerging threats.

Responsibility
- Analyze and fuse data from SIGINT, HUMINT, OSINT, and GEOINT sources to produce actionable intelligence assessments.
- Develop finished intelligence products, threat assessments, and trend analyses for senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Brief executive-level customers and prepare concise, visually compelling briefings and reports.
- Contribute to operational planning by identifying vulnerabilities and recommending countermeasures.
- Mentor junior analysts and ensure quality control of intelligence products.
- Maintain rigorous adherence to OPSEC, data handling, and information security protocols.
- Monitor and assess emerging threats and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
Qualification
- Active Top Secret/Sensitivity Clearance; TS/SCI preferred or willing to upgrade as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies, Security Studies, Political Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in military or defense intelligence analysis.
- Proficiency with intelligence analysis tools (e.g., ArcGIS, Palantir, Analyst Notebook) and data visualization.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; demonstrated ability to brief at senior levels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment and maintain composure under pressure.
- Strong OPSEC awareness and commitment to information security; foreign language skills a plus.
