Join NovaCommerce Labs as a Senior Online Store Manager and lead end-to-end store operations across Shopify, Amazon, and other marketplaces. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution to drive revenue, profitability, and exceptional customer experiences for a fast-growing online portfolio.
\nAs a key member of our e-commerce team, you will own operational playbooks, partner with marketing and product teams, and implement scalable processes that accelerate growth while maintaining brand integrity.

Responsibility

- Own end-to-end online store operations across Shopify, Amazon, and other marketplaces, including product data, pricing, promotions, and merchandising. \n
- Lead product data quality, taxonomy, and catalog management to ensure accurate and compelling listings. \n
- Manage pricing strategy, promotions, and discount campaigns to maximize margin and revenue. \n
- Forecast demand, plan inventory, and coordinate with procurement to prevent stockouts and overages. \n
- Oversee order management, returns, and customer service collaboration to maintain top-tier customer experience. \n
- Analyze store performance using analytics tools (GA, Shopify Analytics, Seller Central reports) and translate insights into action. \n
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to optimize SEO and on-page conversions. \n
- Lead process improvements and establish scalable playbooks for onboarding and SOPs for new channels. \n
Qualification
- \n
- 3+ years of experience in online store management, ecommerce operations, or marketplace management. \n
- Hands-on experience with Shopify (plus Shopify Plus), Amazon Seller Central, and/or Magento/WooCommerce. \n
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and analytics tools (GA4, Shopify Analytics). \n
- Proven ability to manage product data, pricing, inventory, and promotions at scale. \n
- Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills. \n
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and customer-centric mindset; ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. \n
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred; remote-friendly with willingness to occasionally travel to Austin venues. \n
