Lumina Growth Agency is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead data-driven campaigns across paid media, SEO, and lifecycle marketing. You will own multi-channel strategies, performance metrics, and cross-functional collaboration to scale client results.

Responsibility
- Develop and own multi-channel paid media strategies across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic networks to meet client objectives.
- Analyze campaign performance, conduct rigorous A/B tests, and implement optimization learnings to achieve CPA and ROAS targets.
- Partner with SEO, content, and creative teams to align paid and organic initiatives for cohesive growth.
- Manage media budgets up to $2M annually, ensuring efficient allocation and forecast accuracy.
- Build measurement frameworks with dashboards, weekly performance reviews, and executive-ready reporting.
- Lead landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization initiatives with UX and CRO specialists.
- Leverage data analytics tools (GA4, Looker/Looker Studio, BigQuery) to inform strategy and report actionable insights.
- Mentor junior marketers and foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of performance/growth marketing with a proven track record of ROAS optimization across paid channels.
- Deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads; experience with programmatic platforms (DV360, The Trade Desk) is a plus.
- Strong analytics proficiency (GA4, Looker, Tableau, BigQuery) and a data-driven mindset.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and marketing automation (HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment and manage multiple priorities.
