NovaGlow Cosmetics is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead the strategic and creative execution of our premium beauty line in the dynamic Los Angeles market. Responsibility

  • Lead development and execution of go-to-market plans for new beauty products, including positioning, messaging, pricing, and launch sequencing.
  • Collaborate with R&D, regulatory, packaging, and manufacturing to ensure feasible product launches and compliant campaigns.
  • Develop and manage product roadmap, lifecycle planning, and performance forecasting across channels.
  • Partner with Marketing on creative campaigns, content, and digital activation to maximize reach and conversion.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Chemistry, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of product marketing or management experience in cosmetics/beauty; familiarity with skincare, color cosmetics, or premium brands.
  • Proven success in go-to-market planning, product launches, and lifecycle management.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, data visualization, and marketing analytics tools.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to influence cross-functionally at all levels.
  • Deep knowledge of beauty consumer trends, social media dynamics, and regulatory considerations.
  • Highly organized, results-driven, and able to manage multiple projects concurrently; travel up to 15%.
