NovaGlow Cosmetics is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead the strategic and creative execution of our premium beauty line in the dynamic Los Angeles market. You will own the go-to-market strategy from concept to launch, partner with R&D, creative, and sales, and drive growth through compelling storytelling and data-driven decisions. Responsibility
- Lead development and execution of go-to-market plans for new beauty products, including positioning, messaging, pricing, and launch sequencing.
- Collaborate with R&D, regulatory, packaging, and manufacturing to ensure feasible product launches and compliant campaigns.
- Develop and manage product roadmap, lifecycle planning, and performance forecasting across channels.
- Partner with Marketing on creative campaigns, content, and digital activation to maximize reach and conversion.
- Analyze consumer insights, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
- Own product profitability, budgets, and KPIs; report performance to senior leadership.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, timelines, and vendors to deliver on-time launches.
- Represent the brand in key industry events, press briefings, and stakeholder meetings.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Chemistry, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of product marketing or management experience in cosmetics/beauty; familiarity with skincare, color cosmetics, or premium brands.
- Proven success in go-to-market planning, product launches, and lifecycle management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, data visualization, and marketing analytics tools.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to influence cross-functionally at all levels.
- Deep knowledge of beauty consumer trends, social media dynamics, and regulatory considerations.
- Highly organized, results-driven, and able to manage multiple projects concurrently; travel up to 15%.
