Job description

Lumina Digital Solutions is seeking a results-driven Senior SEO Manager to lead strategic SEO initiatives for B2C and B2B clients. You will own technical audits, content strategy, and performance measurement, collaborating with product, marketing, and development teams to drive organic growth.

This is a hands-on role requiring storytelling with data, strong stakeholder communication, and a passion for staying ahead of search engine algorithms.

Responsibility

  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and revenue across multiple brands.
  • Conduct technical SEO audits, diagnose site health issues, and prioritize fixes with engineering and product teams.
  • Lead keyword research, topic clusters, and content optimization plans to maximize relevance and intent alignment.
  • Collaborate with content and product teams to implement on-page optimization, structured data, and accessibility improvements.
  • Oversee link-building programs, digital PR, and competitor analysis to strengthen domain authority.
  • Define, track, and report KPIs; translate data into actionable insights for stakeholders and leadership.
  • Mentor and develop junior SEO team members; coordinate cross-functional SEO initiatives and governance.

Qualification

  • 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience with a proven record of driving organic growth for diverse brands.
  • Strong technical SEO expertise (crawl budgets, site architecture, canonicalization, hreflang, and structured data).
  • Proficiency with GA4, Google Search Console, Jira/Asana, and data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Tableau).
  • Experience with keyword research tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz) and content strategy alignment.
