You’ll collaborate with product, content, and engineering teams to craft scalable, measurable SEO programs that drive qualified traffic, improve search rankings, and increase revenue.

We offer a collaborative, results-focused environment, competitive compensation, flexible work arrangements, and opportunities for professional growth in a high-demand niche.

Responsibility

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive SEO strategies across on-page, technical, and off-page activities to drive sustainable organic growth.
  • Perform regular technical audits (Crawls, indexation, site structure, schema markup) and drive fixes with engineering and content teams.
  • Drive keyword research, topic modeling, and content optimization to align with business goals and user intent.
  • Plan and implement scalable link-building campaigns, Digital PR, and partner outreach to improve domain authority.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing to optimize site architecture, internal linking, and conversion paths for maximum ROI.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and third-party tools; translate data into actionable insights.
  • Mentor and coach junior SEO specialists, establish best practices, and contribute to a culture of experimentation and growth.

Qualification

  • 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience with a proven track record of increasing organic traffic and conversions.
  • Strong proficiency with SEO tools (Ahrefs/SEMrush, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Netpeak, etc.).
  • Deep knowledge of technical SEO, site migrations, schema markup, structured data, and mobile-first indexing.
  • Experience optimizing CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify) and collaborating with developers and designers.
  • Excellent analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies and experiments.
  • Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
