NovaPulse Digital is seeking a Senior SEO Specialist to lead our organic growth strategy across B2B and B2C channels. This role combines technical SEO, analytics, and content optimization to drive qualified traffic and revenue.
You will partner with product, content, and engineering teams to implement scalable SEO improvements and measure impact with clear KPIs.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute data driven SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and revenue.
- Perform comprehensive site audits, implement technical fixes, and monitor impact.
- Lead keyword research and content plans aligned with business goals.
- Optimize on page elements and structured data to boost SERP features.
- Collaborate with product, content, and marketing teams to scale content strategy for long term growth.
- Analyze traffic, rankings, and conversions using GA4, Search Console, and other tools to inform decisions.
- Drive high quality link building and digital PR campaigns while maintaining ethical guidelines.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years in SEO with a proven track record of increasing organic traffic and revenue.
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, site architecture, and indexability.
- Advanced proficiency with GA4, Search Console, SQL basics, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog).
- Excellent analytical thinking and data-driven decision making.
- Experience with content strategy and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of schema markup and structured data implementation.
