NorthPeak Digital is seeking a Senior SEO Specialist to lead our organic growth strategy for diverse client accounts. You will own technical SEO, content optimization, and link building programs to drive sustainable rankings, traffic, and revenue.
In this role you will partner with product, content, and analytics teams to translate data into actionable SEO plans and measurable outcomes.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies across technical, on-page, and content disciplines
- Perform technical SEO audits, diagnose root causes, and prioritize fixes with clear impact
- Lead keyword research and content optimization to align with user intent and business goals
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and content teams to implement scalable SEO solutions
- Monitor performance using GA4, Google Search Console, and SEO tools; generate data-driven reports for stakeholders
- Build and manage a scalable content calendar and internal linking program
- Lead outreach and relationship-building for high-quality link acquisition
Qualification
- 5+ years of experience in SEO with a proven track record of improving organic rankings and traffic
- Strong technical SEO expertise including site architecture, crawlability, indexing, and site speed
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Analytics 4
- Experience with data-driven keyword research, content optimization, and on-page SEO
- Familiarity with schema markup, rich results, and structured data
- Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Bachelors degree in marketing, computer science, or related field; or equivalent work experience
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
