Join Lumina Growth Labs in New York City as a Senior SEO Specialist. We are a fast growing digital marketing team focused on scalable, data driven SEO strategies that boost organic visibility and revenue.
In this role you will own end to end SEO programs, collaborate with content, product and engineering teams, and drive measurable growth across a portfolio of B2B and B2C brands.

Responsibility
- Lead technical SEO audits and implement fixes to improve crawlability, site speed, indexation, and mobile performance.
- Develop and execute comprehensive keyword strategies aligned with business goals and content gaps.
- Drive on page optimization, content strategy, internal linking, and topical authority across domains.
- Build scalable link building plans and manage outreach, partnerships, and digital PR initiatives.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement structured data and schema markup.
- Monitor, report, and optimize performance using GA4, Search Console, and industry tools.
- Mentor junior team members and establish repeatable SEO processes for the marketing team.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of hands on SEO experience with proven results across multiple verticals
- Strong proficiency with GA4, Google Search Console, and SEO tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog
- Deep technical SEO knowledge including site architecture, URL optimization, canonicalization, and crawl budget management
- Experience with schema markup and structured data implementation
- Excellent analytical, communication, and cross functional collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment and translate data into actionable plans
