In this role, you will own end-to-end SEO programs for a diverse portfolio of clients, from startups to enterprise-level brands. You will collaborate with product, content, and engineering teams to design scalable, data-driven strategies that increase organic visibility and revenue.
What you will do is translate business goals into actionable SEO roadmaps, run technical audits, optimize on-page elements, and lead content initiatives that align with user intent and search engine ranking factors. You will measure impact with rigorous reporting and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.

Responsibility
- Own and execute comprehensive SEO strategies across multiple clients and internal projects.
- Perform keyword research, competitive analysis, and opportunity mapping to inform content and site optimization.
- Lead technical SEO audits, diagnose crawl issues, improve site speed and indexation, and implement structured data where appropriate.
- Collaborate with content teams to create optimized, high-quality content that targets intent and converts.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using GA4, Search Console, and other analytics tools; provide actionable insights.
- Drive link-building programs through outreach, partnerships, and content marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to implement SEO recommendations at scale and track impact.
Qualification
- 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience in agency or in-house environments.
- Proficiency with GA4, Google Search Console, and data-driven SEO tooling.
- Strong technical SEO foundation: site architecture, crawl budgets, indexation, schema markup, and performance optimization.
- Experience with on-page optimization, content strategy, and keyword prioritization.
- Excellent analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into actionable roadmaps and reports.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with content, development, and leadership teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
