NovaEdge Digital is seeking a results-driven Senior SEO Specialist to join our growing marketing team in Seattle. In this role, you will own and optimize our organic search strategy across multiple brands, drive measurable growth, and collaborate with content, product, and engineering teams to deliver exceptional user experiences while improving search visibility.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to grow organic visibility and qualified traffic across all product lines.
- Perform technical SEO audits (crawlability, indexation, site architecture) and lead remediation plans with engineering and content teams.
- Lead keyword research and mapping to drive content strategy and on-page optimization.
- Oversee on-page optimization, metadata, schema markup, internal linking, and content optimization for both new and existing pages.
- Plan and execute external link-building and digital PR campaigns to improve domain authority and backlink profile.
- Monitor, analyze, and report key SEO metrics (rankings, traffic, conversions) using Google Analytics, Search Console, and enterprise tools.
- Collaborate with product, content, and engineering to align SEO with UX and performance goals.
- Stay ahead of algorithm updates, industry best practices, and emerging SEO technologies to maintain competitive advantage.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent practical experience.
- 3-6 years of hands-on SEO experience with proven growth results.
- Strong technical SEO foundation: site architecture, crawl budget, indexation, canonicalization, schema markup, and structured data.
- Proficiency with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console).
- Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify) and basic HTML/CSS; ability to work with developers.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills; project management experience.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
