Responsibility
- Develop, execute, and monitor comprehensive SEO strategies for high-impact clients.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and trend tracking.
- Optimize website structures, on-page elements, technical SEO, and content assets.
- Oversee and implement link building campaigns for authoritative growth.
- Analyze site analytics and report actionable insights to clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with content, UX, and development teams to enhance organic performance.
- Stay ahead of SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
- Mentor junior SEO team members and contribute to thought leadership content.
Qualification
- 3+ years proven experience in an SEO-focused role, ideally agency-side.
- Expert knowledge of search engine ranking factors, algorithms, and seo tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog).
- Strong skills in technical SEO audits, structured data, and website migrations.
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript as related to SEO implementations.
- Solid copywriting and on-page optimization capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills and client-facing experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field preferred.
