BrightPath Digital is seeking a results-driven Senior SEO Specialist to lead data-driven search optimization initiatives for our diverse client portfolio. This role blends technical SEO, content strategy, and cross-functional collaboration to drive measurable organic growth across multiple industries. You will own end-to-end SEO programs, from audits and keyword research to content optimization and performance reporting, in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
The ideal candidate will translate analytics into actionable tactics, mentor junior teammates, and partner with product, development, and marketing teams to improve visibility, traffic, and conversions.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies across on-page, technical, and off-page factors.
- Perform keyword research and topic modeling to identify high-potential opportunities.
- Conduct site audits and diagnose technical issues, collaborating with engineering to implement fixes.
- Optimize content and metadata, create scalable content calendars aligned with business goals.
- Implement and maintain structured data, schema markup, and technical SEO best practices.
- Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools; report KPIs and ROI.
- Build and manage ethical link-building and digital PR programs to boost authority.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and design teams to align SEO with user experience and conversion goals.
Qualification
- 3+ years of proven SEO experience with a track record of organic growth across B2B/B2C sites.
- Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and current SEO best practices.
- Technical SEO expertise: crawlability, site speed, indexation, canonicalization, redirects, and schema markup.
- Proficiency with SEO tools: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and related platforms.
- Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, etc.) and basic HTML/CSS; ability to work with developers.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and the ability to define KPIs and create dashboards.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills; ability to translate data into strategy.
