Join NovaSphere Digital as a Senior SEO Specialist and lead data driven SEO campaigns that drive qualified traffic and revenue. You will partner with Content, Tech, and Analytics teams to design and execute scalable SEO strategies that align with business goals. This is a hands on, collaborative role ideal for a strategist who loves turning data into action and optimizing experiences across search engines and platforms.
In this role you will own technical audits, on page optimization, content strategy, and performance measurement for a portfolio of client and internal projects. You will mentor junior team members, influence product roadmaps, and communicate impact to stakeholders with clarity and urgency.

Responsibility
- Lead the development and execution of technical and on page SEO strategies across assigned websites
- Plan and execute comprehensive keyword research and content gap analyses to inform editorial calendars
- Audit sites for crawlability, indexing, site architecture, URL structure, and internal linking; implement fixes
- Define and monitor SEO KPIs; create dashboards and executive reports that show impact on traffic and revenue
- Collaborate with Content, Product, and Engineering teams to implement SEO friendly changes and respond to performance insights
- Build and manage high quality link building and outreach programs; ensure defensible, white hat practices
- Lead A/B tests and experimentation to optimize meta data, schema markup, and rich results
- Mentor junior SEO teammates and contribute to the growth of the SEO practice
Qualification
- 5+ years of hands on SEO experience with a proven track record improving organic traffic and rankings
- Strong technical SEO expertise including site architecture, crawl budget, canonicalization, structured data, and schema markup
- Deep proficiency with GA4, Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, and third party SEO tools
- Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress and Shopify; basic HTML/CSS knowledge
- Data driven with ability to build and interpret dashboards in Sheets or Excel and communicate findings to non technical stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication; collaborative cross functional mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, or related field or equivalent experience
- Local or remote work flexibility and a passion for continuous learning
