VistaPeak Marketing is seeking a results-driven Senior SEO Specialist to lead organic growth for a diverse portfolio of clients. You will blend technical expertise with a strategic content approach to improve visibility, traffic, and conversions across search engines.
In this role, you will partner with product, content, and growth teams to design and execute data-driven SEO initiatives, perform comprehensive audits, and translate insights into actionable roadmaps.
Responsibilities include technical audits, keyword strategy, content optimization, link building, and performance reporting. A curious, collaborative, and metrics-focused mindset is essential.
Responsibility
- Lead comprehensive technical SEO audits and implement fixes across websites, including crawlability, indexation, site speed, and mobile optimization.
- Develop and execute a data-driven keyword strategy for priority pages and content gaps.
- Drive content planning and optimization, providing briefs and guidelines to content teams to maximize organic performance.
- Manage and execute white-hat link-building campaigns, including outreach, relationship development, and quality assessment.
- Monitor and report SEO performance using GA4, Google Search Console, and third-party tools; translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with product, UX, and engineering teams to ensure SEO is integrated into site architecture and on-page elements.
- Implement structured data and schema markup to improve visibility and eligibility for rich results.
Qualification
- 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience with a proven track record of improving organic traffic and rankings.
- Strong technical SEO skills including audits, site architecture, crawl budget management, indexation, canonicalization, and structured data (JSON-LD).
- Experience with analytics and reporting tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Screaming Frog.
- Excellent keyword research and content strategy abilities; ability to collaborate with content teams to develop optimized content.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; certifications in SEO or analytics are a plus.
- Remote-friendly with occasional on-site collaboration in New York City; ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
