Join LumenPeak Digital, a premium growth agency focused on data-driven search strategies. We’re looking for a Senior SEO Specialist who can own technical SEO, content optimization, and measurement to drive sustainable organic growth for B2B and B2C brands.
You’ll collaborate with product, content, analytics, and marketing teams to implement scalable SEO systems, run experiments, and communicate impact to stakeholders. This role offers growth, autonomy, and a collaborative culture in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Responsibility
- Lead technical SEO audits, crawl budget optimization, and remediation plans for complex sites.
- Plan and execute on-page optimization, including metadata, internal linking, and content gap analyses.
- Build and scale content strategies aligned with keyword intent and business goals.
- Design and run rigorous SEO experiments, measure impact, and report to stakeholders.
- Own backlink strategy and outreach programs to drive high-quality links.
- Collaborate with product and engineering to implement structured data and performance improvements.
- Monitor and report on key SEO metrics using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools.
Qualification
- 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in tech, SaaS, or ecommerce.
- Strong technical SEO background: site architecture, schema.org, crawl budgets, and indexing controls.
- Proven track record of improving organic visibility and revenue for cross-functional teams.
- Expertise with SEO tools: Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Google Analytics.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable plans.
- Experience with content strategy and collaboration with content teams.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; certifications welcome.
