NovaLaunch Digital is seeking a results-driven Senior SEO Specialist to lead our clients' organic growth across diverse industries. This role blends technical SEO, data-driven analysis, and strategic content optimization to deliver measurable impact. You will collaborate with product, content, and development teams to implement scalable SEO programs that improve rankings, authority, and ROI.
In this role you will own the creation and execution of comprehensive SEO strategies, audits, and performance dashboards. A strong focus on technical SEO, site performance, schema markup, and analytics will be essential. Responsibility
- Lead technical SEO audits and remediation planning across client sites.
- Develop and implement scalable SEO strategies aligned with business goals.
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis.
- Optimize on-page elements, internal linking, schema markup, and site structure.
- Drive data-driven decisions using GA4, Search Console, and other analytics.
- Collaborate with product, content, and engineering teams to prioritize SEO initiatives.
- Build and maintain a robust backlink acquisition strategy and outreach program.
- Monitor, report, and optimize the ROI of SEO campaigns.
Qualification
- 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably with agency or ecommerce/enterprise sites.
- Proven track record of improving organic visibility and ROI.
- Strong technical SEO skills: crawl budgets, site speed, structured data, canonicalization, hreflang.
- Proficient in keyword research tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz) and analytics (GA4, GA360).
- Experience with CMS (WordPress, Shopify, Drupal) and basic HTML/CSS.
- Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations and roadmaps.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
