We are seeking a data-driven Senior SEO Specialist to lead organic growth initiatives, own technical optimization, and collaborate with content and development teams to deliver measurable ROI.

Responsibility
- Develop and lead comprehensive SEO strategies for clients, aligned with business goals and timelines.
- Perform end-to-end technical SEO audits (crawlability, indexing, site speed, structured data) and drive initiatives to fix issues.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and map opportunities to target pages and content topics.
- Optimize on-page elements (title tags, meta descriptions, headers, internal linking) and ensure canonical integrity.
- Collaborate with content and product teams to plan, implement, and measure content-driven SEO programs.
- Execute white-hat link-building, digital PR, and outreach campaigns to improve authority and rankings.
- Monitor performance with GA4, Google Search Console, and SEO tools; communicate insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Stay current with search engine updates and industry best practices to continuously improve strategies.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience with successful growth in organic traffic and rankings.
- Strong technical SEO knowledge: site architecture, crawl budget, indexation, schema markup, and performance optimization.
- Proficiency with GA4, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Surfer, PageSpeed Insights).
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate analytics into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; client-facing experience a plus.
- Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Drupal) and basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
- Experience with e-commerce SEO and international SEO is a plus.
