We are seeking a visionary Senior Social Media Influencer & Brand Collaboration Manager to join our dynamic marketing team in Los Angeles. This role blends strategy, creator relationships, and data-driven growth to elevate our brand across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms. You will own end-to-end influencer campaigns, nurture creator partnerships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive measurable impact.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the development and execution of influencer marketing campaigns aligned with brand goals and product launches.
  • Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with top creators and ambassadors across IG, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Negotiate terms, briefs, deliverables, and compensation; ensure compliant disclosures and brand safety.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Product, and Analytics teams to craft compelling content and storytelling.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance; provide data-driven insights and ROI forecasting.
  • Manage content calendar, approvals, and cross-platform publishing schedules.
  • Oversee budget tracking, vendor management, and contract administration.
  • Prepare quarterly performance reports for leadership and propose scalable influencer strategies.

Responsibility
