Job description
We are seeking a visionary Senior Social Media Influencer & Brand Collaboration Manager to join our dynamic marketing team in Los Angeles. This role blends strategy, creator relationships, and data-driven growth to elevate our brand across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms. You will own end-to-end influencer campaigns, nurture creator partnerships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive measurable impact.
What you’ll do:
- Lead the development and execution of influencer marketing campaigns aligned with brand goals and product launches.
- Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with top creators and ambassadors across IG, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Negotiate terms, briefs, deliverables, and compensation; ensure compliant disclosures and brand safety.
- Collaborate with Creative, Product, and Analytics teams to craft compelling content and storytelling.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance; provide data-driven insights and ROI forecasting.
- Manage content calendar, approvals, and cross-platform publishing schedules.
- Oversee budget tracking, vendor management, and contract administration.
- Prepare quarterly performance reports for leadership and propose scalable influencer strategies.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive influencer campaigns across multiple platforms in alignment with brand goals.
- Identify and recruit high-potential influencers; build long-term brand partnerships.
- Negotiate contracts, compensation, briefs, and deliverables; manage approvals and disclosures.
- Collaborate with creative, product, and analytics teams to create authentic, on-brand content.
- Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions) and optimize campaigns in real-time.
- Maintain editorial calendars, timelines, and cross-platform publishing schedules.
- Ensure brand safety, compliance, and governance for all influencer activities.
- Provide regular reporting and ROI analysis to stakeholders; forecast future spend.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing or creator partnerships; proven track record of successful campaigns.
- Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other major social platforms.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Portfolio of past campaigns with measurable results and creative thinking.
- Familiarity with influencer platforms (e.g., AspireIQ, Upfluence, CreatorIQ) and analytics tools.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze data, run experiments, and optimize spend and ROI.
