Job description

NovaPulse Marketing is seeking a strategic Senior Social Media Influencer & Creator Partnerships Manager to lead our influencer program across platforms. You will identify top creators, negotiate deals, and craft scalable campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue. As a senior member of the marketing team, you will collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver high-impact campaigns for a diverse roster of brands while upholding brand safety and compliance standards.

Responsibility

  • Develop and own the influencer strategy across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms aligned with brand objectives.
  • Identify, vet, and recruit top creators whose audiences align with client goals.
  • Negotiate partnerships, contracts, and compensation structures; manage relationships with creators and agencies.
  • Lead end-to-end campaign execution — briefs, content review, approvals, tracking, and optimization.
  • Collaborate with creative, product, and legal teams to ensure compliant, on-brand content with clear disclosures.
  • Track performance metrics, generate insights, and report ROI; optimize spend and impact across campaigns.

Qualification

  • 5+ years in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or social media strategy, preferably in a consumer brand or agency setting.
  • Proven track record of executing successful influencer campaigns with measurable ROI.
