We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Influencer Manager to lead creator partnerships and expand our brand presence across platforms. This role blends strategy, relationship management, and data-driven optimization.
As part of our marketing team, you will build scalable creator programs, recruit top talents, negotiate partnerships, and ensure content aligns with brand voice and compliance standards.
What you will do
- Develop and manage influencer programs that drive measurable growth across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Identify, vet, and recruit high-potential creators and ambassadors who align with our brand values.
- Negotiate contracts, rates, deliverables, and timelines; manage budget and forecasts.
- Create compelling campaign briefs and content guidelines that protect brand integrity while enabling creator creativity.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to produce cross platform content and UGC opportunities.
- Track performance, generate insights, and report on KPI progress, ROI, and creator impact.
- Optimize programs through experimentation, A/B testing, and data driven decision making.

Responsibility
- Lead the strategy and execution of influencer partnerships across platforms.
- Build and manage a scalable creator program with clear objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- Source, evaluate, and recruit top creators aligned with brand values and campaign goals.
- Negotiate deals, contracts, deliverables, and compensation with creators and agencies.
- Develop campaign briefs, content guidelines, and compliance standards for creators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate influencer content into broader marketing plans.
- Monitor performance metrics, generate insights, and present ROI reports to leadership.
- Stay ahead of platform trends and adapt strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
Qualification
- 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or social media management.
- Proven track record of successful influencer campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with creators and agencies.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze metrics, derive insights, and optimize campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; strong project management and organization.
- Experience with influencer marketing platforms (eg, AspireIQ, Upfluence, CreatorIQ) is a plus.
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
