NovaPulse Creative is seeking a Senior Social Media Influencer Manager to lead strategic influencer programs from concept to execution. You will build authentic storytelling that resonates with audiences, drive engagement, and accelerate brand growth across platforms.
Based in Los Angeles, this role requires a hands-on leader with exceptional communication, data analysis, and creative execution. You will collaborate with marketing teams, creators, and brand partners to deliver high-impact campaigns that scale.
Responsibility
- Develop and own influencer marketing strategy across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels).
- Identify, recruit, and cultivate relationships with high-potential creators aligned with brand values.
- Lead end-to-end campaign execution, from brief creation to deliverables review and performance optimization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, creative, and analytics teams to align campaigns with growth goals.
- Negotiate partnerships, contracts, and compensation with influencers and agencies.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign metrics; translate insights into actionable optimizations.
- Manage budget planning, forecasting, and vendor relations to maximize ROI.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years in influencer marketing or social media growth roles, with a proven track record of campaigns that delivered measurable results.
- Strong network of creators across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
- Analytics proficiency (e.g., Google Analytics, platform insights) and ability to extract insights to optimize performance.
- Video editing or content creation skills (CapCut, Premiere/Final Cut) are a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
