NovaPulse Media is seeking a data-driven and relationship-first Senior Social Media Influencer Manager to lead our creator partnerships across platforms including Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging formats.
You will own end-to-end influencer campaigns, from discovery and outreach to contract negotiation, content review, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate combines marketing strategy with a love for creator communities and a knack for scaling programs with measurable impact.
What you'll do is build a scalable influencer program that elevates brand storytelling while delivering tangible ROAS. You will collaborate with product, creative, and analytics teams to ensure authentic collaborations and high-quality content that resonates with our audiences.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies that align with brand goals and revenue targets across multiple platforms.
- Identify, vet, and recruit top-tier creators; manage outreach and relationship building to foster long-term partnerships.
- Negotiate contracts, budgets, and deliverables; ensure compliance and risk mitigation across programs.
- Coordinate content briefs, brand voice guidelines, and approvals to maintain consistency and quality.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns using analytics dashboards; report on KPIs, ROAS, and audience growth.
- Collaborate with creative and product teams to ideate campaign concepts and compelling storytelling formats.
- Scale influencer programs by building a content library, performance benchmarks, and playbooks for faster deployment.
- Stay ahead of platform changes and industry trends; test new formats (short-form video, live streams, and UGC) to maximize impact.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or digital marketing experience.
- Strong network of creators and experience with outreach, negotiations, and contracting.
- Proficiency with analytics tools (GA4, Social Studio, Sprout, or similar) and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration and campaign execution from brief to fulfillment.
- Creative, trend-aware, and able to adapt messaging to diverse audiences while maintaining brand integrity.
