VibeSphere Media is seeking a dynamic Senior Social Media Influencer & Partnerships Manager to lead influencer campaigns from concept to execution. You will collaborate with top creators, manage strategic partnerships, and drive measurable ROI across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
In this role you will craft branded content strategies, negotiate partnerships, and mentor a growing team of junior creators and coordinators. You will analyze data, optimize performance, and ensure brand safety and consistency across channels.

Responsibility
- Lead end to end influencer marketing campaigns from strategy through reporting and optimization.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential creators aligned with brand values and audience fit.
- Own contract negotiations, budgets, timelines, and payout processes with creators and agencies.
- Collaborate with creative, product, PR, and social teams to deliver integrated campaigns across platforms.
- Monitor performance metrics, generate insights, and iterate campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Build and nurture long term creator partnerships and ambassador programs.
- Ensure compliance, disclosures, and brand safety across all content and collaborations.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
- 4+ years of influencer marketing or social media experience with proven results.
- Strong network of creators across lifestyle, fashion, tech or wellness niches is a plus.
- Excellent negotiation, budgeting, and contract management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools and social platform insights.
- Creative thinker who can translate brand objectives into authentic content.
- Outstanding communication, project management, and collaboration skills.
