Responsibility
- Lead end to end statistical analyses for complex datasets, ensuring rigor and reproducibility.
- Design and analyze experiments and observational studies to derive causal insights.
- Develop and validate predictive models using R, Python, and SAS where appropriate.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to translate results into actionable recommendations.
- Mentor junior statisticians and promote best practices in data governance and reproducible research.
- Communicate findings to nontechnical stakeholders through clear visuals and concise reports.
- Contribute to the development of analytics standards, dashboards, and monitoring processes.
Qualification
- Master's degree or PhD in Statistics, Biostatistics, Mathematics, or a closely related field.
- 5+ years of professional statistics experience in industry or consulting.
- Proficiency in R and Python for data analysis; experience with SAS or SQL is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of experimental design, causal inference, and statistical modeling (GLMs, mixed effects, survival analysis).
- Experience with data visualization and communicating results to nontechnical audiences.
- Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and written/verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment.
