Responsibility
- Design, implement, and interpret robust statistical analyses for experiments and observational studies.
- Build predictive models (regression, time-series, survival, Bayesian) and validate them with out-of-sample testing.
- Lead experimental design, power analysis, and sample size planning for new initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into statistical approaches and deliver actionable insights.
- Develop reproducible analytics workflows and dashboards to enable stakeholders to monitor performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the data science culture and best practices.
Qualification
- Master's or PhD in Statistics, Biostatistics, Mathematics, or a closely related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in statistics, data analysis, or a similar domain.
- Strong knowledge of statistical methods including regression, ANOVA, hypothesis testing, survival analysis, and Bayesian approaches.
- Proficiency with R and/or Python; experience with SAS; strong SQL skills.
- Experience with experimental design, A/B testing, power analysis, and sample size calculations.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex results to both technical and non-technical audiences.
